Great Workplace

For4 years in a row the South Taranaki District Council has been a finalist in the Kenexa, previously JRA,  Best Work Places survey for medium-large businesses. This  Workplaces Survey is New Zealand's largest annual workplace climate-employee engagement survey and uses confidential feedback from organisations' employees to rate their employers. Almost 33,000 employees from 289 organisations across NZ took part in the survey in 2012.
